Twilly is Hogarths girlfriend whom he has repeatedly proposed to numerous times, and all ended up in the same way. Him getting hurt. Twilly is an expert marksman (ahem...woman)with the Sniper Rifle and never misses her shot (according to her). She can be a bit blonde though at times. Seriously.
